Before you enter the doors of Seaboard Cafe, prepare to be greeted by a botanical appetizer for the eyes. Newcomers will soon discover that Seaboard Cafe sits right behind a local nursery, Logan Trading Co., thus allowing you to satisfy your visual appetite with a sampling of nature's best assortment of flowers and greenery as you make your way to the restaurant.

Once inside, let your olfactory senses take over and breath in an air of Seaboard's made-from-scratch aroma. Featuring warm grill and cool deli sandwiches, you can also choose from a selection of fresh soups and salads. Light appetites can get their fill on muffins, cookies or something off the "Small Bites" menu.

Seaboard Cafe has been enticing the taste buds of Raleigh locals with fresh ingredients since 1991. What used to be an old train station is now a place where owner Rick Perales has made his own mark on history, right on historic ground. Staying true to past times, the restaurant's name is a tribute to those old tracks, Seaboard Train Station.
